Today, we’re excited to unveil the redesigned Blink website — rebuilt from the ground up to reflect who we are in 2026: a mature, security-certified transport management platform trusted by carriers, shippers, and drivers across Australia and New Zealand.
This is more than a visual refresh. Every page has been rethought to help you find information faster, understand the platform more clearly, and get into your dispatch console in seconds.
The most requested improvement was simple: make it faster to get to work. The new Sign In button now sits permanently in the header, visible on every page. Whether you’re reading an article, browsing pricing, or checking our documentation, your dispatch console is always just one click away.
No more hunting for a separate login page. Click Sign In, and you’re in.
Transport operations handle sensitive data every day — customer details, vehicle information, delivery schedules, and financial records. That’s why we invested in achieving ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, independently audited by Prescient Security (Certificate #123147).
This certification covers our entire operation, including:
ISO 27001 is not a box-ticking exercise. It means Blink operates with a formal Information Security Management System backed by continuous monitoring, regular audits, and documented processes for managing risk. When you trust Blink with your data, that trust is supported by an internationally recognised standard.
We’ve moved well beyond email-only support. The new website brings together the resources you need in one place.
Our new embedded knowledge base is searchable, organised, and built to deliver answers quickly. From step-by-step guides to troubleshooting articles and best practices, everything is available directly from the website and continuously updated as we release new features.
You’re reading it now. Our integrated blog is where we’ll share product updates, case studies, industry insights, and practical guidance for transport operators. Every article is designed to be easy to find, whether you arrive from Google or from our homepage.
Need to speak to someone? Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST via live chat. For carriers and shippers on the platform, dedicated account managers provide hands-on support for onboarding, integrations, and day-to-day operations.
For teams building integrations, our full API documentation will soon be available directly on the website, complete with an interactive explorer. From webhooks and REST endpoints to authentication guides, everything you need to connect Blink to your existing systems is in one place.
The new website is built on a modern technology stack designed for performance and usability:
We’ve stripped away the clutter in favour of clean layouts, clear typography, and purposeful whitespace — so the content can do its job, whether you’re evaluating Blink for the first time or checking the latest release notes.
The new website is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we’ll continue expanding the knowledge base, publishing case studies from operators using Blink, and refining the experience based on your feedback.
If you’re already using Blink, hit Sign In in the header and get back to your dispatch. If you’re new, explore what Blink for Carriers, Blink for Shippers, and the Blink Driver App can do for your operation.
We’d love to hear what you think. Reach out via live chat or email us at info@gotoblink.com.
