What does Blink do?
Blink is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product suite empowering vehicle shippers, carriers and drivers to reinvigorate their workflow. Say goodbye to mounds of paperwork, double-handling of data and disconnected communication. Instead, say hello to an all-digital solution making operations more cost-efficient, more transparent and more streamlined than ever before.
How much does the trial cost?
The trial is absolutely free and includes setup support from the Blink team every step of the way. Your digital onboarding to Blink can be managed by one of our product specialists online.
How does the trial work?
The trial gives you access to the complete Blink suite and allows you to manage 100 vehicles through the platform at zero cost. When you’ve reached your 50 vehicle quota, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details into Stripe to continue your Blink journey.
What if I don’t want to continue with Blink?
If you are not satisfied with the product, please consult with one of our product specialists. We love feedback just as much as we love building solutions, so if you feel something is missing – let us know. Let’s see if we can build it together.
How much will Blink eventually cost?
Blink Carrier uses volume pricing with a low fee per-vehicle managed through the platform. There are no additional fees for users or driver accounts. We do have more advanced features which are priced separately, but everything is managed on a monthly subscription fee.
Payments and contracts
Am I locked into a contract?
No, you can cancel at any time. When you cancel you will only be charged for the vehicles managed through the platform during your time with Blink. Get in touch with the Blink team to explore your options.
What payment does Blink accept?
Blink’s payments are managed using Stripe – a world-leading online payment platform. A card will be required to activate your account in Blink, with payments then being charged on the first day of each month via direct debit.
