What to do if a driver uploads photos to the wrong vehicle in Blink.
If a driver completes a collection or delivery and attaches photos to a vehicle, those photos are "locked" against that vehicle. If the photos are incorrect, unfortunately, they cannot be removed or changed. The Blink Driver App is the source of truth for vehicle details, photos, additional items, notes, signatures, and time stamps. Once a photo is uploaded, it is considered accurate for that vehicle.
Can I (admin/dispatcher) upload photos of a vehicle?
The web dispatcher/admin portal does not have the functionality to apply or modify photos directly to vehicles. Any photos associated with a collection or delivery must be uploaded through the Blink Driver App.
