Reporting a Collection Exception

Flag any issues at the collection point, so dispatch can follow up and reallocate.

Not everything goes to plan - if a vehicle can't be collected for any reason, you can report a collection exception from within the vehicle details.

How to report an exception

  1. Open your run in the Blink Driver App.

  2. Arrive at the location to mark it as Arrived.

  3. Tap to open the vehicle details for the item you can’t collect.

  4. Scroll down and tap Exception.

  5. Select the relevant exception reason.

  6. Complete the location.

This sends a notification to dispatch or admin and tags the vehicle for reallocation if needed.
