Now, immediately after creating a booking, choose the 'Quick Allocate' option. Select your vehicles, set the run date, and assign your driver in a flash! Merging bookings with existing runs is smoother than ever—saving you time and hassle.
Booking Details
Once you've hit submit on your new booking, the booking details page will show your new booking at a high level. At the top, select Quick Allocate to get this booking allocated to a run.
From here you will be prompted to select all vehicles you'd like to quick allocate to a driver.
Note: If you have more that one item on a booking, and the items will be going to different drivers, Quick Allocates can only allocate to one driver at a time.
Select the Date you'd like the vehicle to be moved.
And select the Driver you'd like to allocate it to for that day.
Note: If the driver already has a run allocated to them that day, the additional vehicle will merge with that run
Click Allocate and it will be sent to the driver.
