Watchlist
Manually edit who's in the watchlist
In order to be eligible for notifications on a booking, you must be included on the booking's watchlist. To view:
- Navigate to the booking details page
- Click on the watchlist icon
- Here you can see users included on the watchlist - you can add yourself and remove yourself.
- Being in the watchlist means that you are now a watcher of this booking. You'll receive notifications according to your settings.

To manage your notification settings:
- Open the notification drawer in the nav bar and click the settings icon
- Here you can see the notification settings
Watchlist settings
The watchlist and notification settings are interconnected. This feature allows you to specify the types of bookings that you wish to be automatically added to your watchlist, whether they are created by you, your team, or your customers. Once you are added to the watchlist, you will receive notifications for the events you have subscribed to below.
Notification settings
Below your watchlist, you will find your notification settings. If enabled, you will receive notifications through the bell icon located in the navigation bar:
Email alerts
You can be notified further by selecting an email notification alert or if you want a specific user / mailbox to collect notifications on specific events.
Notification events
You will receive these notifications if you are included on the watchlist for the relevant booking*. Below, you can find more details about the specific events for which we provide notifications:
- Pending - You will be notified when you receive a new booking from a customer using Blink - in other words, when a new bookings come in from any of your customers in Blink. To get this you must have the watchlist set to ON for the bookings created by your linked shippers.
- Rejected - You will be notified when a booking is rejected by one of your customer using Blink.
- Booked - You will be notified when a booking is ready to be allocated.
- Cancelled - You will be notified whenever a booking you are watching is cancelled by your team or your customer on Blink.
- New comment - You will be notified for any visible new comment added to the bookings you are watching.
- Updated comment - You will be notified for any updated comment.
- Deleted comment - You will be notified for any updated comment.
- Time to service - pending - You will be notified when a pending SLA is overdue.
- Time to service - collected- You will be notified when an collection SLA is overdue.
- Time to service - delivered- You will be notified when a delivery SLA is overdue.
