You're ready to do your invoicing - see below for exporting into MYOB.
Blink Export
After you've completed bookings, head back to your Bookings list and select "CSV Export" in the secondary header.
This brings up the Blink Export modal. Here you can choose from a variety of options including date, Export Type (MYOB) and whether you'd like to group your CSV by Purchase Order or by BookingID, as entered on the booking.
You can choose prefilled date ranges, or create a custom range to export your completed orders. Prefilled filters will be Completed status, excluding bookings that have been marked as "Exported"
- At the top, you have the ability to automatically tag any exported bookings, to minimise double handling or uploading to your accounting software.
- Select Export to CSV to download your file.
Please note: The default Account # for Blink in MYOB is set to 4-1000.

Success! Your file has been imported without errors. If unsuccessful, select the View Log link to see all pertinent information to the upload.
To review the uploaded invoice, under Sales select the Sales Register.
Double-click on the Invoice you'd like to work on.
Here you can see all import information from the CSV import
- As well as change the Tax (if needed)
MYOB also gives you the ability to add a customer purchase number if needed.
If everything looks good, MYOB gives you the option to Print, Email or Save (pdf).
Selecting Email for your method of Invoice sending will bring up the Send Invoice modal, where you can add all pertinent information.
Once you have sent your invoices, Blink gives you the ability to mark selected bookings as invoiced. Head back over to Blink, select the bookings on the Bookings list, and the option will appear to Mark As Invoiced.
