Linked Shipper - Reject a booking

This knowledge base article provides a step-by-step guide on how to accept a linked booking in Blink, from identifying pending bookings, navigating the modal to Reject the booking request.

Everything you need to know about rejecting a linked booking in Blink!Linked Rej

  1. Your bookings list will show pending bookings
  2. You will see bookings from your linked shipper with the Blink B logo next to them
  3. They will have a status of Pending
  4. From the Bookings screen, you have the option to select the 3 vertical dots and Reject
  5. Or if you open the Booking Details, the booking will have a Booking Request banner
  6. Selecting the banner will pop the Booking Request modal
  7. In the response field, open and select Reject
  8. Selecting reject will navigate you to the Condition section, requesting a reason for the reject
  9. Select the relevant reason
  10. A confirmation box will pop, to ensure you made the correct selection
  11. Once Accepted, you will see a confirmation on the Booking Request modal
  12. In addition, the banner will update to Rejected
  13. And the status will change from Pending to Rejected
