Linked Shipper - Negotiating a booking

This knowledge base article provides a step-by-step guide on how to negotiate on a linked booking in Blink, from identifying pending bookings, navigating the modal to requesting alternate dates or costs.

Linked Neg

  1. Your bookings list will show pending bookings
  2. You will see bookings from your linked shipper with the Blink B logo next to them
  3. They will have a status of Pending
  4. From the Bookings screen, you have the option to select the 3 vertical dots and Accept with conditions
  5. Or if you open the Booking Details, the booking will have a Booking Request banner
  6. Selecting the banner will pop the Booking Request modal
  7. In the response field, open and select Accept with conditions
  8. Selecting Accept with conditions will allow you to modify the Collection and Delivery date and time, as well as the service pricing
  9. A confirmation box will pop, to ensure you made the correct selection
  10. Once queried, the request will be sent to the shipper, and you will see a confirmation on the Booking Request modal
  11. In addition, the banner will update to awaiting approval
  12. And the status will change from Pending to Pending Shipper
  13. From here you will wait for a response from the shipper.
