Quickly Find What You're Looking For in the Bookings List
The Blink platform gives you flexible tools to filter bookings by status, helping you surface exactly what you need - whether it’s active jobs, completed work, or cancelled items. You can select one or multiple statuses to narrow down the list to just the bookings you want to review.
🔍 How to Use Status Filtering

Go to your Bookings tab.

At the top of the page, locate the "Booking Status" dropdown filter.

Click the dropdown to reveal the full list of available statuses.

Select one or more statuses to apply. The list will update automatically to show only bookings matching those filters.
✅ Available Booking Statuses
You can filter your view using any combination of the following:

Booked – Newly created bookings awaiting allocation.

Pending – Bookings submitted by a linked shipper, awaiting your action.

Pending Shipper – Negotiated status; the linked shipper is reviewing your changes.

Rejected – The booking was declined by the linked shipper.

Allocated – Items in this booking have been allocated to a run.

In Progress – A driver has collected an item on this booking.

Completed – The booking has been successfully delivered and closed.

Cancelled – The booking has been cancelled.

Exception – There is an issue flagged at either the collection or delivery stage.

Invoiced – The booking has been included in a finalised invoice.
🧠 Tips for Filtering Effectively

You can use multiple selections to broaden your view (e.g. “Allocated” + “In Progress”).

Combine status filters with date ranges, labels, or shippers for even more refined searching.

Use “Exception” to quickly identify jobs needing follow-up action.
