      Email Importer – Create Bookings from PDFs

      Forward supported PDF files to your Blink email importer address and automatically generate bookings - no manual data entry required.

      Tired of retyping data from supplier PDFs? With Email Importer, Blink can automatically create bookings from attached PDF files - just forward them to your unique email address, and we’ll do the rest.

      Where to find your importer email

      1. Go to Settings.

      2. Click on the Email Imports tab.

      3. Here, you'll see your custom Blink email address for PDF imports.

      You can forward emails from your inbox or set up automatic forwarding from your suppliers if supported.

      Supported PDF formats (so far)

      Currently, we support PDF booking creation from:

      • Carlins

      • Pickles

      When you send a supported PDF to your importer address:

      • Blink will scan the file and generate a new booking

      • You'll see the email and its status listed in the Email Imports tab

      • Once processed, you'll get a direct link to the created booking

      Track and manage imports

      From the Email Imports page, you can:

      • View a history of all processed emails

      • Check if any failed to import

      • Click through to view the newly created bookings instantly

      This helps you stay on top of incoming jobs and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
