Downloading Booking PDFs in Blink

Blink makes it simple to download booking and vehicle reports as PDFs — whether you need a quick overview, detailed proof of delivery, or a printable archive for recordkeeping.

You now have access to a clean, modern PDF layout that includes:

• A clear summary of booking information

• A QR code linking back to the booking

• Optional image sizes and leg visibility

• Options for both Booking and Vehicle reports

🧾 How to Download a PDF

When you're ready to export a booking, click the Download PDF button to open the PDF Download modal.

In the modal, you can configure:

• PDF Delivery

  • Direct Download — instantly downloads the PDF in your browser

  • Send to My Email — we'll email the PDF to your Blink-linked inbox

• Image Size

  • Choose Small, Medium, or Large for photo sizes in the report (if applicable)

• Include Legs

  • Choose to show First & Last Only or All Legs involved in the booking

• Report Type

  • Booking PDF — A high-level summary of the booking and its details

  • Vehicle-specific PDF — Individual item view, including collection/delivery times, signatures, and photos (if completed)
