Delete a User

As an admin, you can manage access to Blink by removing users who no longer require access.

Need to delete a driver or dispatcher? Admins can manage users from the My Team page in the Blink portal.

How to delete a user

1. Go to the My Team page from the left-hand menu.

2. Find the user you wish to remove.

3. Click the trash can icon next to their name.

4. Confirm the deletion.

• Drivers will immediately lose access to the Blink Driver App.

• Dispatchers will lose access to the Blink portal.

Admin account rule

Admins cannot delete other admins. To remove an admin user, the Account Holder must log in and perform the deletion.

This protects access control and ensures account ownership remains secure.
