Customer Management – Edit Shippers Easily

You can now edit your shipper profiles directly in Blink without needing to create a new customer.

Making a change to a customer’s name, contact, or business info? You no longer need to start fresh - just edit the existing shipper profile.

You can update:

  • Business name

  • Contact Name

  • Email

  • Business Contact Number

This keeps your shipper records accurate and saves time re-entering existing info.


How to update a shipper:

  1. Go to SettingsShippers.

  2. Find the shipper you want to update and click the arrow on the right.

  3. Click the Edit Shipper button in the top right.

  4. Make your changes and hit Save.

That's it — no duplication, no re-linking, and your bookings will stay connected to the updated shipper details.

Heads up: Only Admins can edit shipper details. If you can’t see the option, check with your account owner to update your role.
