Carriers: Get Started with the Blink Private Load Board

The Private Load Board is a new feature that gives you direct access to quote requests from your customers. When shippers post jobs on their private load board, you'll be notified and can submit competitive quotes, helping you win more business and fill your capacity.

How It Works

The Private Load Board operates through a simple four-step process:

  1. Your customer creates a quote request on their Blink account
  2. You receive a notification that a new quote request is available
  3. You submit your quote with your pricing and service details
  4. Your customer accepts your quote, which automatically creates a regular booking and skips the negotiation phase

Once accepted, the booking follows your normal workflow – you can allocate it to drivers, manage collection and delivery, and complete the job as usual.
