Blink White Screen

When loading Blink, some users may experience a white screen with only the Support Chat bubble visible.

Sometimes, when loading Blink, you might encounter a white page displaying nothing but the support chat bubble in the bottom-left corner. This issue can occur due to factors such as switching PCs, multiple users logging in on the same machine, or a cache problem following an update. Here's how to get Blink back on your screen!

Quick Fix

Press CTRL + F5 – This performs a hard refresh of the page, clearing the cache and reloading Blink.

If That Doesn’t Work – Clear the Cache Manually

1. Google Chrome:

  • Open Chrome.
  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser to open the menu.
  • Select Delete browsing data.
  • In the window that appears, select the Time range (e.g., "Last 24 hours" or "All time" for a complete clear).
  • Make sure Cached images and files is selected.
  • Click Clear data.

2. Mozilla Firefox:

  • Open Firefox.
  • Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner to open the menu.
  • Select Settings.
  • In the left-hand menu, click Privacy & Security.
  • Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click Clear Data.
  • Ensure Cached Web Content is checked, then click Clear.

3. Microsoft Edge:

  • Open Edge.
  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
  • Select Settings.
  • In the left-hand menu, choose Privacy, search, and services.
  • Under the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear.
  • Select Cached images and files and choose the time range.
  • Click Clear now.
