Problem
McPhee Freight is Australia's leading coastal shipper - responsible for shipping vehicles and general freight on both sea and land. Without a carrier TMS solution integrated with their existing systems, fielding customer queries about the whereabouts and status of their freight was costly and time consuming. It also prevented the business from maximising growth opportunities.
Solution
Blink worked with the McPhee team to determine the interface between our platform and McPhee's existing TMS. This empowered McPhee's carriers with the ability to use the Blink Carrier platform, update collections and deliveries of McPhee jobs and effortlessly keep the McPhee system up-to-date.
